Pho Hoang

A friend recommended this place, and this is my second time here. I recommend the pork chop rice + extra lemongrass beef skewers. The beef is very tender and roasted, so delicious. The pork chop is fried and crispy, and it's a bit dry inside, but still very delicious. Recommended soup noodles: beef brisket raw beef noodles, the noodles are not too salty, the soup base is not too strong, and the sweet potato brings out the aroma of the soup. Another thing worth recommending is the shrimp spring rolls, which are also very good. The thin spring rolls are wrapped in lettuce and dipped in sweet and sour sauce as an appetizer.

A very authentic Vietnamese restaurant. There are many similar restaurants around here. I ordered beef noodles. The soup was very sweet and delicious. There were a lot of side dishes. I don't eat Vietnamese food often, but it's not bad when I eat it occasionally.

Pho Hoang serves only soups and rightly so. They are sensational and although there is hardly time to wipe down the tables between patrons, (they do of course) its always busy. Can pretty much always get a table if not, its only a few minutes wait. This is seriously the best Pho in Springvale in my opinion and I have been to Vietnam 8 times so I should be able to know a good Pho.

It was really good, unsure what happened this time. So imbalanced with spices, too much cinnamon and bland. With so many competition around, they can't really afford to drop their game. It was fast service though.
