Paul is great! He listened to what I liked and made something accordingly. He could tell when I first sipped it that it was too strong for me, so he quickly remade it and made sure it was to taste

Straub&#39;s has several high end grocery stores in the St Louis area. It&#39;s a treat to walk through their store to enjoy all the samples. They have an excellent deli, good produce and bakery goods and an excellent meat department. They&#39;re a great source of tasty appetizers whenever we entertain. It&#39;s a family owned business.

Love this Bistro and the staff are so wonderful. Just wish they had some gluten free options on their menu other than salad. While they are very willing to accommodate patrons with celiac disease, it is not the same as actually having gluten free options on the menu. There is always the fear of contamination in such a busy kitchen.
