Bite Line

The food and atmosphere was good but service was very poor. It takes long time that some waitress will come and take the order. Service was just OK

Food and drink service rubbish ,staff needs training and im sure you can afford it with the price i had to pay staff needs to work on there hospitality along with house keeping rules and my over all experience of the restaurant will not be back for the price I payed and friends and family will be told that its not worth the money for there dinning experience

After we finished eating we waited for 20 minutes, no staff came to the table to check if we wanted dessert or to pay, they cleared other tables without coming to us, so we went to the cashier and paid there.

If it's almost fully booked, the manager/manager should make sure there are staff for that. It took a long time before we were able to order. After that, there was a completely reasonable waiting time and very good food. Generous portions too!

The food was superbly good, top marks to the kitchen. The service, however, leaves more to be desired. Better training for the staff could probably be needed. Clearing the plates was quick, we had just finished eating and they were gone, but we had to insist that we wanted to order more. Ordered a drink with cream that was sour, informed the staff about it but got a wrinkled nose in return, not even an apology.
