The Kitchen Table (W Suzhou)

There aren't many other types of dishes. The theme now is mostly Sichuan cuisine, which is very spicy, so there's basically no spicy food. I tried a bit and the steak here is pretty average, as are the sausages. There aren't many types of drinks either.

The oysters were not too raw, so they still had their freshness. You can mix the sauces yourself. I personally like garlic sauce the best. I ate about six or seven of them. The main problem was the long waiting time.

Oysters are indeed worth eating. They are always taken away when they come out, so it is best to ask when they will be out and take them directly. I am quite satisfied with the fact that the French oysters here are all steamed.

I participated in the CCB credit card promotion so it was equivalent to a 50% discount. The buffet is expensive among star-rated hotels so there were not many people. Except for the desserts and cheese, I thought the other dishes were just average. The portion of Xiaoqinglong per table was too small.
