La ferme du Compostelle

Very good restaurant with a private parking not far from Bordeaux ring road, which makes it a convenient stop if one is transiting as we were doing. The restaurant is big and has tables in a nice garden, where we ate. Good quality of meals and wines.

Beautiful setting, pleasant terrace. Service that's rarely found these days (smiling, friendly, and taking their time). Fast service Good value for money

Dining outside, elegant setting, attentive service, delicious meal. You can't hear the main road passing in front of the restaurant at all, neither inside nor in the garden, very nice! Easy parking on Rue de Compostelle, perhaps closer, haven't tried. We'll happily return, with or without a discount.

Despite a last-minute reservation, the welcome was impeccable, with no pressure to order... good atmosphere, beautiful restaurant. The fish could be a little more spicy, tasty, let's say, but I understand that it doesn't please everyone.
