It is a clear soup made with tender mutton, potatoes and carrots, with shallots and fennel. The first bite of this soup knocked me down, not greasy or smelly, and it was endless aftertaste. The taste of fennel quickly filled my mouth and nose, the mutton was stewed very well, the potatoes were soft but not loose, and the carrots melted in my mouth.
