Many of the food ingredients in the store are recycled food that might have been thrown away. It&#39;s really interesting that the restaurant also attracts customers from the perspective of saving resources... I&#39;m still curious and want to try it.
The restaurant&#39;s kitchen closes at 6 pm and stops cooking, so if you want to have dinner, you have to go early. If you go later, you can only drink wine and coffee.
Hummus with Sourgough is a small staple food. I don&#39;t know what the hummus is mixed with. It seems to be added with some kind of colored pepper. The lemon slices on the top can be squeezed to get juice. The taste of the hummus is more layered. I asked the waiter what the bread with the meal was today. It was sourdough. When it came up, it turned out to be a crispy sourdough bread strip. Dipping it in hummus was a bit special. It&#39;s a very simple meal, which fits the concept of the restaurant very well... Although it&#39;s not worth coming here specifically, it&#39;s still interesting to try it. I also took some sourdough home and liked it very much.
