A great discovery in the beautiful,  lesser known part of the sierra. We both had the weekend menu , top quality ingredients and good selection.. Friendly , efficient service. Would recommend and hope to return to stay in the posada.

Castellano Restaurant, where we were warmly welcomed by Angel, the owner, and his friendly and approachable staff.

All the food was delicious, especially the entrecote and cheesecake.

Highly recommended.
