This store is downstairs from the OAKS Hotel William street branch. William street and La Trabo street intersection. The salty taste of cream and smoked salmon is very good. The amount is also sufficient, and the salmon is very thick. [Mushroom spinach with hot spring eggs] The biggest surprise. The mushrooms are just fried in butter, and the juice is reserved. I haven't eaten such fresh mushrooms for a long time, killing the mushrooms grown in the greenhouse. The ripeness of spinach is also very good. It is green and soft. It seems that the food is not good, the quality of the ingredients accounts for 99% of the factors. [Classic English breakfast] The amount is very large, toast, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, hot spring eggs, bacon, sausage, is the best English breakfast I have eaten so far, better than I have tasted in the UK. Haha, maybe I don't eat enough. The coffee in this store is also very good, it is freshly ground and cooked, and you will know it after drinking.

The hotel we stayed at was next door to Brother Thomas, where we had breakfast for two days, and the bread in this restaurant was very delicious. The combination of avocado shredded, mint, whipped cream and boiled eggs is also quite good. The low-cost promotional tea and coffee here are also quite delicious. A long way to find the barista in this store, they are really busy because the staff are busy packing coffee. They are very efficient, so that customers here can drink coffee without waiting a long time, the service here is really good!
