Taka is a very famous sushi restaurant in Shiraishi. It is said that the owner once studied under a Japanese Michelin three-star chef. Many people come here because of its reputation, and there are a lot of people queuing up. The store is very small, and most people eat to go. I especially recommend foie gras sushi and beef sushi, which are tender and delicious and melt in your mouth. Although the price is relatively high, it is worth a try.
