I ate here both nights I stayed in Xiapu. This small shop has good business, and many locals come here. The food is cheap and good, with simple stir-fried dishes and local snacks, and the food is served quickly.

We had dinner on the evening of October 29, 2016. We entered the restaurant at about 6pm. We first walked around the street and looked at several restaurants. We thought the environment of this restaurant was OK. There were still some customers. There were two restaurants without any customers, so we definitely would not go in. In terms of taste, it was generally good. Among them, Sansha Chicken Roll and Fried Minnan Paste left some impressions on me, especially Fried Minnan Paste. It was the first time I came into contact with it, and it was quite novel.

Originally, I rushed to the seafood stall to eat seafood. I didn't expect too many people to have a seat, so I saw this Sansha snack bar across the road. The store is not big, but clean and tidy. The seagull fried, southern Anhui paste, white fungus dumplings, fish ball soup and other special snacks are even more delicious, so that the population teeth are still fragrant and the meaning is still not enough.

The first meal I ate in Xiapu, I ordered a bowl of seafood pot, because I don't know what the pot is. After serving it, it feels a bit like noodles. The clear soup is quite fresh. The fried southern paste is good, crispy outside and sweet inside, which suits my taste. There are many varieties of snacks here, and you can eat a few consecutive meals without heavy local characteristics.

When I first arrived in Xiapu, I was recommended to eat here by several locals. It seems that the reputation is good. It was already 8 o'clock in the evening that day, and some people were still dining, so I ordered a potside. The environment in the store is OK, there is a lot of ingredients in a large open freezer. The small shop mainly makes various local specialties of noodles, noodles and soup. The edge of the pot came up quickly. It felt like I had a Dingbian paste when I was in Fuzhou. The flour paste went down to the water to become a noodles. However, the price here is touching. There are a lot of shrimp and oysters in a bowl, only ten yuan! delicious!
