XIAO LIANG PIN HOT POT

On the last day of Yibin, we had our last meal at this popular hotpot restaurant. It was very popular there every day and reservations were not accepted. If we hadn't come here for dinner at 5 a.m. to catch our flight, we would have had to wait in line for a long time. As expected, the ingredients were all fresh and tender, especially the one in the first picture, which looked like Spanish ham, a thin and shiny piece. The portion size was also scary! A piece of supreme spicy beef was really the size of a palm! The oversized plate was so addictive. You can eat all you can eat at the self-service counter for fruit snacks, and the Indian parathas were as thin as paper, crispy and sweet!

The taste is good and the ingredients are fresh. I live nearby and walked around twice to check it out. In addition, when I just arrived in Yibin at around 9 o'clock in the morning, I passed by this store and it was the only one organizing a meeting for the staff. I think the overall spirit is also very good. I chose this store based on my intuition.
