First time eating here &amp; def won&rsquo;t be our last ! Food was delicious , great menu , something for everyone . Friendly &amp; great service , we will be back !!

The pub was very busy but we still managed to get a drink and food without a long wait, the Sunday dinner was very good, I cannot wait to return.

I had the all day breakfast, it was well cooked and tasty, my partner had a burger it was massif and also tasty.

The last time that my wife and I went to Hamers the lady at the next table had the fish &#39;n&#39; chips and it looked wonderful which she confirmed it was. As yesterday was Friday and we are somewhat traditionalist we decided to go and have it ourselves. We were not disappointed, it was delicious. My wife is not a big eater so asked if there was a small portion even though not listed on the menu and was delighted to find that there was which meant that she wouldn&#39;t waste any food by being overfaced. We accompanied the meal with the Brakspear bitter which is excellent. We would heartily recommend the Hamers which we will certainly patronise in future now that we&#39;ve found it thanks to The Fork
