Gaucho Edinburgh

We had a fantastic dinner at Gaucho. Our waiters (2 really friendly Italian) took good care of us, were engaging, fun, polite and made the atmosphere fantastic. The food was stunning, one of the best steaks I had in years, same for my partner. I would definitely recommend Gaucho to anyone looking for a meat experience.

The welcome and initial table service was very good with a clear explanation of the food and drink options. Dog friendly.

Delicious ribeye steak. with Malbec and bone marrow sauce - superb! There was a large , very noisy party in and at our request, thankfully management accommodated us elsewhere. The reason I marked service down a bit, was because our food took a long time to arrive, which was due to the large group being served.

We have another great meal, I’m now hooked on the rump steak and the cream corn side. Only disappointing element is they have replaced the baked cookie dough desert which is the highlight of the meal so pleeeease out it back in the menu
