The service here is quite excellent with the staff being attentive to the appropriate degree and so well choreographed. The cuisine is also quite excellent, the vegetable cookpot was a presentation of vegetables and fruits as a truly delicious dish which showed the admirable genius and expertise of the chefs.

London is just so lucky to have Helene Darroze cooking for the culinary aficionados of this metropolis.Elegance, attention to detail, delicious food, great wine and drinks list, variety of options on no-low alcohol, vegan and vegetarian options and service ware is just stunning (Hermes for example).The combination of kitchen and dining room team is just second to none and particularly the Chef&#39;s Table is by far one of the best ambience, value for money you can find in London.

整个英国就四家米其林三星，真正在伦敦的只有两家。一家是Gordon Ramsay位于Chelsea区，另外一家就是我这次去的Alain Ducasse，就在老牌奢华酒店The Dorchester。Alain Ducasse是法国人，在法国摩洛哥都有餐厅，全球唯一的香奈儿餐厅&mdash;&mdash;东京香奈儿银座旗舰店顶楼的Beige也是他负责，是家米其林二星。因为整个伦敦就两家米其林三星，所以虽然价格昂贵，仍然一位难求，要去的话一定要定位，餐厅官网就能接受预订。我们点了2道不同的套餐，Tasting Menu是7道菜140镑，seasonal menu是7道菜180镑。菜品完全不一样，可以都尝试下。话说回来米其林三星究竟能有多好吃呢，其实也不用抱过分的期待，我认为米其林餐厅更多的是对食材原料的精选，料理的创意，调味的层次感与和谐。

The local colleague brought it, a authentic Londoner, very gentlemanly, the dishes inside, but because the colleague brought it, the waiter was very polite, the service and the tourists were not a level.

There were few a la carte options.   The flavor was a little sour and salty.           It hasn&#39;t met my taste yet, but the Baba dessert was excellent.

A first class experience as one would expect from a top exponent of the art.  The only thing that was a little off putting was the smell of the seaweed served with the scallops.  A little overwhelming.  But otherwise flawless.

Regardless of the complexity of applied techniques, quality of ingredients sourced, or presentation replete with pomp and circumstance, the flavors must marry and the dish ultimately must taste good. And aside from the initial dish comprised of a toasted sesame crisp with radishes, I cannot qualify any of the following dishes as such. It was a disappointing experience.

A spectacular dining experience at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. Beautiful hotel and dining room, impeccable service, very interesting and delicious plates served and the suggested wines and port were spot on!

Amazing service and ambience. The food is pretty good, but I thought that for a 3-stars restaurant the food would be unforgettable.
