London is just so lucky to have Helene Darroze cooking for the culinary aficionados of this metropolis.Elegance, attention to detail, delicious food, great wine and drinks list, variety of options on no-low alcohol, vegan and vegetarian options and service ware is just stunning (Hermes for example).The combination of kitchen and dining room team is just second to none and particularly the Chef&#39;s Table is by far one of the best ambience, value for money you can find in London.

Pollen Street Social, I originally asked someone to go to a restaurant I didn&#39;t want to go to, but they couldn&#39;t come temporarily. It happened that PSS had a place, so I changed the restaurant decisively. At first, I was worried that I was wearing too casually, but I didn&#39;t expect the atmosphere of the restaurant to be relaxed and informal. The snacks and every dish are delicious, and there are no shortcomings except the lack of creativity. The service was very good. The waiter saw me take pictures, so he asked me if I wanted to take pictures before pouring the sauce. Overall, recommended.

Continues to be exceptionalWith the departure of Mr Araki and the loss of the three stars, questions were raised as to whether the next chef could continue with the same perfection and quality of ingredients. Having been back it is obvious that the level has not changed and we were extremely impressed from start to end. The food is creative and extraordinary. Yes the atmosphere is more casual and different from what it was but it &ldquo;works&rdquo; and reflects, as it should, the personality of the new head chef. We loved it.

Absolutely superb! Everything you would expect from a three star venue. Staff and service were out of this world. Not much more to say really. It would be remiss of me not to thank Alexander and Simon who looked after us on the night we were in.

大隐隐于市。在小街深处的角落，如果不注意，完全不会注意到这家高端的日本料理店。店内外没有任何传统日料的招牌装饰，一眼望去更像个传说中无招牌的高档酒吧夜店。存大衣的功夫，已经开始怀疑这家的纯正性。既来之，则安之。节省学习菜单的时间，随即点了冬季怀石料理（Winter Kaiseki Menu），外加一客海胆刺身。酒香不怕巷子深！非常精致的怀石料理。摆盘雅致，食材新鲜，口味上乘，又颇具新意。带子天妇罗外裹烤制过的紫菜成手卷状，服务生千叮咛万嘱咐一定要分三口吃完，最后一口要配着汤汁，以品尝出不同的口感，仪式感十足。鹿肉和和牛寿司配松茸，肉质细腻，铺满松茸，色味俱佳。盛放生鱼片的石板上配有主厨亲撰的诗词卡片（餐后可作为纪念品带回家），足见店家的用心良苦。单点的海胆刺身非常鲜美，绝对一流。此道菜一出，就知道来对了地方，绝对是一家品质上乘的新派日本料理。来伦敦想吃高端日料，千万不要错过他家。

伦敦的怀石料理店，评价挺不错的，里面的寿司不错，大厨看我喜欢吃，做的比较大一点点，还有新鲜的海鱼刺身，比全日本差一点点。

Umu做的是新派的怀石料理，算是这几年我在不少城市里面吃到的性价比最高的新式怀石，也成为我伦敦最爱的餐厅之一。 门口有些隐蔽，进去后装修非常现代。我点了kaiseki winter menu（冬季怀石料理）。第一道cornish cuttlefish搭配okinawa snow salt，雪盐恰到好处点出了鱼肉的鲜嫩，也并不会喧宾夺主。spider crab cake clear soup是蟹肉蛋糕配清汤，这里的crab cake不同于我之前吃的crab cake，肉质更加紧实，清汤非常的鲜！ 第三道是鱼生，放在主厨亲自写的纸上，装盘满分，口感味道也是满分。 之后上来的sashimi，吞拿鱼三文鱼等，这些主流的鱼生食材，因为非常新鲜，也可以吃出惊艳的感觉。 肉质口感非常到位，说实话，如今sashimi能吃出wow的餐厅越来越少，我觉得umu的这几片让我有了wow的感觉。第四道炸虾天妇罗，我只想提醒大家虾头只是装饰不能吃，不同于原来我吃的天妇罗，虾头自成一道，这里的虾头不能吃哦。第五道是sushi，这道就稍显一般，毕竟还是新式儿的，和传统手握sushi的区别还是很大。 第六道monkfish hot pot，摆盘很有趣食材都放到一个纸盒子里，monkfish非常鲜搭配的冬季蔬菜也很入味。由于我不吃鹿肉，所以最后一道换成了扇贝加冬日黑松露，不得不说松露片削的非常大方，每片都厚厚的，很有口感，整碗米饭味道十足，让不爱吃米饭的我一扫而光。最后的甜点也是清新爽口类型，完全不腻，符合亚洲人的口味。整顿吃完觉得除了sushi之外每一道都很喜欢，整体海鲜为主，口味清淡入味，摆盘装饰非常精致，再一看价单，性价比非常高。 这算是一家味道非常不错性价比也很高的怀石料理了。 值得一提的是服务非常的好，不像某些日料店态度非常强硬，这里吃着非常舒服！ 日后回到伦敦，这绝对是我的必来之地。

对于在英国的日料开始没报多大的希望，但这家店从口味上来讲，让没看到日本厨师的我感到意外，和牛淋上酱汁卷上蔬菜，摆盘精美，也没有吃多肉会有的油腻饱腹感，配上一碗蒸熟的米饭，是一顿满意的午餐.寿司拼盘并不特别，鱼生新鲜口感不错，但米捏的不好，松松散散，鹅肝寿司很有创意.盆栽形象的提拉米苏很喜欢，味道也好，这是值得推荐的日料店.餐厅位于比较隐蔽的一条小路，还算好找，座位之间空间不大，但环境不燥杂，拥有一个好的用餐氛围.服务员和厨师大都是欧美人，跟印象中的日料餐厅不太一样，但都会用日语来问候，不过听起来有点小怪异，哈哈.还有他们的服务是能让人感到受过专业培训的
