L'Hippocampe

There was a wide variety of ice creams, and the staff were very friendly, probably because they were used to tourists. There was also a wide variety of drinks. I went there almost every day during my stay in Noumea (lol). You can eat and drink inside the store, and there is a toilet. It was a very convenient place to take a short break while enjoying ice cream and a drink, as it was a relaxing place.

The taste is not stable, depending on the ingredients at the time, and what to see, Angers beef is still possible. The feature is to fry the meat by yourself, this is a bit interesting, nothing else.
