Segovia&#39;s famous local roast pig gourmet restaurant, I feel that it should be the famous dish here. When we went, the boss actually went to the battle. He launched the pig in a car, cut it with a plate, and threw the plate after cutting it. It was handsome!

El Bernardino

A not particularly eye-catching restaurant in the old city of Segovia, the dishes are delicious, Spanish flavor, Segovia is not big but definitely worth a visit, more than 20 minutes by train from Madrid, it is also very convenient

It was a pleasant place, the delicious food very rich, the spectacular chicken, the very careful staff, I recommend 💯 I will come back.

We went for dinner. Chose the 3 course &euro;29 inc a bottle of wine &amp; water (2 people)..the starters were good, suckling pig delicious and desserts good too. Menu choices were interesting, not your usual menu del dia choices. Good value for money. Only slight criticism is that at 9pm in the restaurant we were the only customers. It did fill up a little. Lacking in atmosphere a little and quite cold.

The place was nicely decorated and we were received warmly by an older gentleman who appeared to be the owner. Our waiter, on the other hand, was a different story altogether. He wasn&rsquo;t exactly rude, but it was clear that he was very tired and had no interest in doing anything other than just shuttling plates of food to tables. A smile goes a long way in this this business, and it&rsquo;s a minimum requirement in my book for anyone who works with the public. It is possible to be tired and reasonably pleasant at the same time, and I don&rsquo;t think it is too much to ask of a waiter. The food was of acceptable quality for the most part, and some of our dishes were quite tasty. However, the bread was very dry and some other dishes seemed a bit overpriced considering the size of the portions. The desserts were surprisingly good, especially the ponche Segoviano.

The most famous roast suckling pig shop in Segovia is a local net red similar to Japanese crab Daole. Come here and you must punch in! There are so many Chinese people, the boss is very funny and humorous! The pork skin is crispy and tender. It is delicious!

塞戈维亚以烤乳猪闻名，各家做的乳猪都不错，好像每年还进行比赛。bernardino餐厅还蛮大的，装修的不错，环境很好。乳猪味道还行，价格适中

随便找家店就几百年历史，我推荐这家 El Bernardino, terrace的view很好!  老板亲自操刀 弄了这个乳猪 最后居然把盘子也炸了 这真的是脆啊！

Just looking for a store is hundreds of years old. I recommend this El Bernardino, terrace view is very good! The boss personally made this suckling pig and finally fried the plate. This is really crispy!

菜品口味中规中矩，菜量比较大。

We arrived at 1 pm for our reservation but they were not yet fully prepared for diners. They wanted us to choose the 3 course pre-set menu, but we are not huge eaters and knew that what we would order was sufficient for us and very reasonably priced with the Fork discount. The Segovian Patatas- more like a soup -was exceptional! Suckling pig- not quite as crispy as we have had at other restaurants,  but Still good. this dish had a tiny salad as accompaniment. I ordered a glass of Cava but they only had full bottles. bread was OK. The waitstaff could be more on point, but overall still good experience.
