We arrived at 1 pm for our reservation but they were not yet fully prepared for diners. They wanted us to choose the 3 course pre-set menu, but we are not huge eaters and knew that what we would order was sufficient for us and very reasonably priced with the Fork discount. The Segovian Patatas- more like a soup -was exceptional! Suckling pig- not quite as crispy as we have had at other restaurants, but Still good. this dish had a tiny salad as accompaniment. I ordered a glass of Cava but they only had full bottles. bread was OK. The waitstaff could be more on point, but overall still good experience.
