When I sorted out the memory card, I found that the barbecue in the camera, what is the fireworks on the earth, is the hot sauce soup in winter, the rice wine is still a little bit of oily ribs, I really miss the taste of the first time!

Jangdokdae Kimchi Jjigae, after shopping, watching the perfect scene, finally came to this friend recommended a long-term Korean restaurant to play a tooth sacrifice. In the cold November of South Korea, the bowl of big sauce soup is really too warm.

Its unusual to find unwary tourists mixed with the country bumpkins at the same digs. Information asymmetry is the reason why. Tourist find themselves here for obvious reasons. Bumpkins because they confuse price for quality. We fell into the former, but felt like the later since we succumbed to the slick advertising that got us into the door. We found Tokyo Saikabo on Tripadvisor and Naver were impressed by the Cheongdam address and the high praise of having one of Seoul&#39;s best designed food spaces. However, Friday evening was dead. Like crypt dead. The restaurant was visually less impressive than expected. The hanging lodestone reminded me of the Himalayan pink salt stone at the Chefs Club in Soho that this restaurant clearly took a page from, but at 1/4 the scale and 1/10 the drama, the effect was almost dreary. The menu is stylish and food porn-y with great food close-ups. However, as we soon discovered, the pictures bear little resemblance to the actual food. That&#39;s fine because a varying ingredient list suggests that the kitchen buys fresh and seasonal. But the decision to use half a page of beautiful close-up photos that only appear 45% of the time on the diner&#39;s plate raises questions about priorities. Warning bells jangling, we toyed with the idea of leaving and visiting the dozens of smaller and more local&#39;ish shops nearby, but decided to soldier on with lowered expectations because of the frigid temperature outside. Had we known that such expectations would have to be lowered on a log scale, we would have bolted. As expected, food was decidedly middling and smallish, but firmly in the high end NYC price world. Waitress was Korean-efficient but nothing else. The manager seemed oddly smug and aloof despite the completely empty dining room. Weird. Perhaps a sense of entitlement comes with job security in Korea, but non-performance will always get you axed in the US, no matter how gilded the initial position. To me, that pretty much summed up the experience. 

A good fried chicken shop, I feel that this chicken is thicker, maybe the chicken variety is relatively large, the spicy fried chicken is delicious, so I specially took it to the hotel to eat, so I can drink the beer bought by the supermarket.

整理内存卡的时候发现相机里的这顿烤肉，什么是人间烟火，是冬日那份滚烫的大酱汤，米酒小酌一下 还是滋滋冒油的排骨肉，真的非常怀念当初的味道啊！

最爱在韩国吃烤肉啦，肉肉品质很不错，很多调味的牛肉，总体来说性价比还挺高的，并没有觉得韩国的肉很贵，我觉得海鲜更贵一点吧。

韩国首尔非常有名的一家烤肉店，在S.M.E公司附近，公司的艺人经常光顾。韩牛的味道不同与其他烤肉店，生牛肉非常惊艳，入口即化。大理石般纹理也非常漂亮，而且份量很足。

本来以为这家店叫凌晨烧烤是因为凌晨采用，专门做宵夜的，谁知道原来是24小时营业的，也是辛苦啊！还有一细节，本来以为韩国人吃烤肉都包生菜，原来吃韩牛不用包的！
