What travelers say:"The Bahá'í Gardens is located in Haifa, Israel's third largest city. Also known as the Hanging Gardens, it is the tomb of the Bahá'í pioneer, the Bab. The garden is built symmetrically against the mountain and faces the sea. The steps on the central axis extend from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain. It is nearly 1,000 meters long. The white mausoleum is covered with a golden hemispherical dome and is located in the center of the garden. UNESCO listed the Baha'i Gardens as a world cultural heritage in 2008, and it was the first project to include a religious holy site in the heritage catalog."
