There are many snacks and local dishes in Lijiang. The Hongjingtiantu Restaurant, located outside the ancient city near the Sifang Temple Fair, is one of them. I took the shuttle bus from Lijiang's Eternal Scenery District and came back to find food. The whole decoration style is also full of strong Naxi style, and the low table bamboo chair is more grounded. The main focus is also wild mushroom hot pot, but it also makes some Lijiang local dishes, and there is also the local famous black goat meat. I ordered a small portion of the wild mushroom set meal. In fact, the portion is not small. There are 8 mushrooms. They are poured into the chicken soup. After ten minutes, it is a pot of delicious mushroom soup set meal with Naxi. It is also my favorite, and there is a small saucer. Naxi rice cake, looks like a corn cob, inside is rice cake, soft and tender. With fungus-flavored rice, traditional snack platter, water-based poplar flower, especially recommended is this black goat meat, cut into flakes, hot for a minute or two, there is no smell, the taste is pure. The combination of wild fungus and black goats is at the Rhodiola restaurant!
