There is a lot of precipitation here, so I suggest you bring protective gear and do a good job of waterproofing! You can take a tram to go there. It is not recommended to take a taxi. When I went, I didn't see it because the water level was high in August. However, there is a parking lot and toilet, and there are many green plants, so it may be good to relax.
