Four Seasons Hotel Longjingxuan in Central has a very good taste. The quality of snacks is generally very good. But in terms of service and cost performance, I personally prefer Tianlongxuan. I believe that good and bad can&#39;t escape your eyes. The taste is not good.

Love their pre-dinner bread very much. Two flavors of bread paired with two flavors of butter sauce. Hungarian beef soup is delicious although shallow at night, and the beef inside is very cooked.

Very favorite restaurant. After a long time, the restaurant still keeps good and clean, the service is good, the food standard is good, and the dining experience is pleasant. Only set meals are served on weekdays, four dishes are the same as five dishes. Not big. There is no reason to order five degrees.

The main French-Japanese mixed restaurant is a blended dish, and the food sold is very exquisite, so the price is higher. The restaurant environment is also very high-end and stylish. There are some old Hong Kong photos on the walls of the restaurant, and the signboard at the door is also very artistic. Salmon tastes good and uses fresh materials.

I highly recommend this restaurant. it is rated 2 Michelin stars. Decor is simple with an open kitchen.  Service is friendly and efficient. Each dish is explained and well instructed on which to eat first. We ordered the 10 course set menu which cost about 1600 hkd (without wine pairing).  Each dish was absolutely divine. A lot of effort and creativity was put forth in making this menu. Thank you Bo Innovation for a great gastronomical experience.

The strange stone cuisine is still a Michelin star. The salmon inside is very good. The sashimi is also delicious. The seafood is very exquisite. The environment is also good. Just book a week in advance.

大班楼可说是一众中菜控公认必试之选，再加上米其林的加持，果然不负所望⁡推荐鸡油花雕蒸大花蟹配陈村粉。花蟹超级大只，占了整只碟，肉质非常鲜甜。陈村粉加上香浓且带微微酒香的鸡油花雕汁，香浓又美味不愧是必点之选。⁡

前菜為九層塔糖漬小蕃茄配白麵醬甜梨，當中的小蕃茄有驚喜喔～驟眼看下去平平無奇，吃不到它的外皮之餘&hellip;&hellip;能讓食客感受到小蕃茄本身的幼滑肉質，而甜梨亦趣趣的～不錯呢！金錢海鮮香菇盒-炸得趣趣的，但盒內無甚麼特別，感覺較為普通。接下來的煙燻澳洲青邊鮑魚配特大冬菇，個人吃鮑魚的次數不多，肉質等並無問題～但這醬汁的特色在於＂煙燻＂兩字&hellip;&hellip;怒本人暫時尚未接受到得。(感覺上還是比較接受配上傳統的醬汁，哈哈～)當中蟹肉糯米飯；更是值得一讚，平常在外吃到的炒糯米飯～過程中少不免會加進大量的油去烹調，吃起來會覺得比較濕一點點。但這個糯米飯驟眼看上去，沒甚麼油的光澤～而且它本身比較乾，多吃也不怕會膩。另外的廿年鹹檸檬金銀蒜蒸蟶子，魚米湯琵琶蝦也蠻不錯的！蒸蟶子，我能吃到它的鮮味～大概是他們所用廿年鹹檸檬的功勞呢。而魚米湯琵琶蝦，肉質爽脆彈口之餘也挺鮮甜的。最後不得不提在這裡的招牌菜；雞油花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉，蟹的鮮味好像有點被濃郁的花雕酒奪去了～有點可惜.......吃到陳村粉時，便立刻覺得：廚師下花雕酒的時候，是不是加了多一點呢？味道有點酸～不過也有可能是我這從個不喝酒的傢伙～不懂欣賞這道菜當中的特色吧。一頓能令大家感到滿足的晚飯，又豈能缺少甜品？我們點了生磨杏仁茶及南棗糕，杏仁茶的味道正常，不像外邊會用現成杏仁粉的那般沒誠意。而南棗糕也十分QQ的，是我喜歡的味道。Ilikeit!

吃福爆棚，今天这一顿大班楼真的又吃到我的心坎上。豆豉花椒油浸小狮头鱼，鱼好吃是应该的，里面的蒜都像鲜味年糕就过分了。&ldquo;第一刀&rdquo;叉烧配外酥里糯的猪尾，香得出墙。剁椒咸肉蒸鱼嘴是会让痛恨任何头颅的老外都赞叹中国菜连脑带嘴博大精深的。螺头加青红萝卜炖的清高汤是今年喝的甘美汤之最。蟛蜞膏豆仁炒琵琶虾，礼云子之云般海味。我本来不理解为什么会出臭豆腐羊杂这样的菜，一吃才发现，这个臭豆里竟然有马蹄与肉末，豆腐有奶香，香臭得不一样！上次吃大班楼是四年前的事，新店开张，菜单全换，还是重新爱上。
