All three taste good.
Located in the basement of InterContinental Hotel in East Jiandong, this Chinese restaurant is this year's Michelin Two Star Restaurant, with that kind of honor, that kind of service and products, it is a must praise. The restaurant is on the negative floor of the hotel. It is the star boulevard from the side door of the restaurant. It is Victoria Harbour outside. The view is a class during the day. If you are in the evening, the night view of Victoria Harbour is really beautiful because of the lights. The material of dining room tableware is mainly used jade, from the plate placed on the table, the coconut shelf, toothpick box, napkin buckle, or the screen in the restaurant, decorations, are all choose jade as material, more show its noble side. "The first dish is abalone bass, a horned oyster made by a oyster, which is very fragrant and not very sweet, and is well controlled in the frying process. It is crisp and soft, and the top is decorated with abalone, not a whole one, but a thick slice." The whole look is very good. Also like stone pot cod, a one on, a large piece of cod, before the frying and put red stone pot inside, although the cod has been fried, but its inner layer still maintains fresh, smooth fish meat is delicious, the outer layer, although fried, But I didn't even eat the bitter taste of the fried, only the crisp skin. Walnut pudding, even a simple sugar water, is so amazing, freshly ground walnut pudding very fragrant walnut flavor, original juice, full of a large bowl, let the person is surprised or the decoration placed next to the hand-made pictograph walnut, very delicate, very delicate, It's the chef who's hand-kneaded it out bit by bit, so it feels really good.
Before I came to this shop, I heard a friend from Hong Kong introduced it. They said the quality is good and the price/performance ratio is high. So I came to try. The waiter was very enthusiastic and liked the dishes. The presentation was exquisite. You can definitely come and taste it. Will not be disappointed.
5 star chineseThis Chinese restaurant is in a class of its own, situated on the ground floor of the intercontinental hotel Hong Kong. Hong Kong is full of great Chinese restaurants but you cant go past this one. From the minute you arrive you are looked after like royalty, the staff is efficient and friendly. The waiter suggested my meals and organised half portions without any hassles. I started with barbecued suckling pig with a crackling to die for, followed by stuffed crab head, I finished with stir fried lobster with black bean sauce, asparagus and spring onion. Absolutely gratifying. I suggest if your in Hong Kong this is a must. 5 stars in my book.
the ultra chicfrom the very nicely decoarated entrance to the exclusive warm service, the whole experience is one of the best i have ever experienced .The food is a very high level of culinary art and tastes.A must when in Hongkong.
Outstanding Great, great food and the service to match. The Dim sum lunch that was simply outstanding. I am in joyful bliss, feeling complete happiness.
Top restaurant of Chinese cousinI had a dinner there first time, though I travel to Hong Kong for more than 10 years. I know Chinese food very well and started to like it finally. But I can not use expression Chinese food for this restaurant, it was delicious from the starter to the rice bowl in the end. I am not sure that without my great friend from Hong Kong the experience was the same, but my dinner was really top.
Enjoyable mealWe had an enjoyable meal whilst staying at the hotel. We ordered the Peking Duck 24 hours prior to our meal. Whilst we enjoyed the meal I would not say its a 2 star michelin restaurant. The service was good but again definitely not on par with other Michelin star restaurants. Also there appeared to be no dress code and guests appeared in track suit tops, trainers and scruffy jeans, thus was not quite what we expected. It is expensive, our bill came to over £450 for three people. Having said the above, the food was very good.
