Chaojingmen

The ancient city of Huizhou, known as the "Huizhou Tianzhu", has historically been known as the ancient city of Huizhou for its military fortress for having seven strong city gate buildings, and all the city gate buildings were destroyed more than 80 years ago due to war and other reasons. On July 3, 2006, the Chaojingmen City Building, located on the south bank of the East River, connected with the ancient city wall of the Ming Dynasty hundreds of meters, was rebuilt according to the original restoration of the Beichengmen of Huizhou in the Ming Dynasty, and stood on the east riverside. On the other side, Chaojingmen also faces the West Lake.

Huizhou Chaojingmen said it was restored and rebuilt in 2006 according to the original Huizhou Beichengmen in the Ming Dynasty. The original building does not exist, but the ancient city wall of Huizhou in the Ming Dynasty is still there. Known as "Huizhou Tianzhu", Huizhou Ancient City, which has been known as the Dongjiang Fortress by the military for its 7 strong gate buildings. The overall building is very magnificent. It is quite helpful to understand Huizhou's history.

Huizhou Chaojingmen is one of the only remaining cultural relics of Huizhou City Wall protection. There is now a highway under his door. From the side, you can go up to the top of the building. The top is the remnants of the city wall. You can watch the city landscape of Huizhou on the top. The stack is very good and the protection is very good. It is not easy to achieve such protection here.

The ancient name of the Chaojingmen means the gate facing the capital. It is located in the ancient pier on the east river of Huizhou, and has the ancient city wall of the Ming Dynasty.
