The Hello Kitty Island consists of a three-story pink building. The first story comes with three main themes: the Hello Kitty History Hall, Kitty House and Kitty School, which record and showcase Kitty's happy pink day. The art gallery on the second floor of the Rainbow Road features a long-standing exhibition of Kitty and there is also a Hello Kitty Café. A 3D theater and a outdoor courtyard occupy the third floor, where a lot of interactive activities are provided. There is also a large sky garden on the rooftop.
