Binjiang Fortress is located in the eastern suburb of Jiangyin city, the north end reaching the Yangtze River. Because it is located at the Huangshan battery military fortress in Jiangyin, both the township and the town have been named Fortress since the birth of the Warlord Era. The Binjiang Fortress tourist area is composed of the Huangshan Lake Park and the Goose Nose Park. The Fortress Town encircles the urban area, the east bordering Baiqu Port and Shanguan Town, the south ecompassing Hua Shan and Qishan bordering the South Floodgate and Yunting Town, the west reaching Xicheng Canal, and the north expanding to Chengjiang Town and the Economic Development Zone. Huangshan harbors the Goose Nose Mountain and Junshan, stretching more than 10 kilometers, constituting the unique landscape of water and mountain encircling the ancient city of Jiangyin.
