The first thing I came to was the peacock sightseeing garden. There was a large tree made by hand in the middle of the garden. Some of the hundreds of peacocks were small in the tree, and some were leisurely paced under the tree, with an elegant body. The feathers on the head, like a crown of sapphires, were particularly conspicuous, making it obvious at first glance that it was the king of birds. After watching the peacocks, we went to the Silk Road Van Music Theater to see a short film about the peacocks. In addition to watching peacocks from afar, you can also enjoy the performances of "Piece Taiji Lake" and "Qianfeng Xiangyun" in Taiji Lake and the viewing platform. "Piece Taiji Lake" is on the surface of Taiji Lake in the park. A group of peacocks will fly from the trestle bridge in the heart of the lake to the shore, and the gorgeous posture is placed in the reflection of the lake. Interestingly, there is also a group of ducks in Taiji Lake. When the peacock flies to the other side of the lake, they will also swim to the other side with their efforts, as if they are competing with the peacock. And "Qianfeng Xiangyun" is the commanding height observation deck of the Chinese Peacock Garden that needs us to climb the mountain. Enjoy the peacocks slowly flying from high places. At lunch time, we chose the "Gansu flavor" meal in the park. Here we also ate many local specialties that we usually can't eat: cold sand onions, dragon gate diving fish, Xiongguan roast lamb, Jiayuguan Liangpi, The most distinctive of course is colorful peacock eggs and secret peacock meat. When I saw peacock meat, the first reaction was, can peacocks eat it? In fact, blue peacocks are one of the varieties that the country encourages breeding and is used to watch food. Because peacock meat has high protein, low fat and low calories, There is always "old cockroach in water, peacock in birds" said, there is no excessive fat peacock meat, the taste is between chicken and beef, the entrance is solid and chewy. However, green peacocks are protected animals at the national level, and they are not edible. Only blue peacocks can be edible.

The Chinese Peacock Garden is located on the outskirts of Jiayuguan City, a quiet and beautiful place.
