This is one of the most popular romantic destinations in Kaohsiung. It's a must-visit for tourists to the area. The view is beautiful. There are tour boats as well. Unfortunately in recent years the river is known to have been polluted and the odour isn't pleasant. This lovely city seems to be on the decline in recent years and I hope it can start to flourish again in the future and these destinations can be further developed or at least return to its former glory. #wintergetaway
