this place near thamel is absolutely stunning. it is situated in the heart of the city close to shops and restaurant.
Its a must visit place within the heart of Kathmandu just west of old King's palace. Just as the name it is a real pleasure dreaming of several things past experience and new ones with deliciously prepared food. Even the mo mo tastes different here and it has a over polite waiter eager to serve you. My whole family really had a great time at the Garden of Dreams.
This is probably my best recommendation in Kathmandu, because 99 [%] places are dusty... I strongly recommend wearing masks! Only dream garden, like a place isolated from the world, everything is very comfortable. Neoclassical architecture, coffee shops with musical instruments, cute squirrels looking for food everywhere, the key is not afraid of people at all. Ecology and architecture live in harmony, and the gap between them is too big.
It's a paradise in Kathmandu. It's suitable for lying on the lawn, listening to music, reading and meditating. It's a quiet and elegant backyard from the dusty and noisy city outside. Afternoon tea and dinner are very delicious. Per capita consumption is about 100 yuan, which is very enjoyable. Every corner is suitable for taking pictures, especially beautiful, 200RS, fancy.
The silent place in the crowded city.I got really relax and enjoyed moments at there.
Friends who have been to Kathmandu must be very silent about the road. Although there is no pm2.5, PM10 absolutely bursts the watch and enters the dream garden from the dusty road. It feels like entering another world, quiet and comfortable, without dust and noise. It is really suitable to sit and rest in it for a while.
It's worth visiting a quiet place where you can sit in a daze cafe. It's good to drink the local milk tea. It's so delicious that you can remember the taste. It's good to walk for about 10 minutes at the first stop in Kathmandu because it's very close to Guest House Hotel.
I have to say that the style of Dream Garden is totally different from all the other scenic spots in Kadu. It's totally Western-style and beautiful. It's invisible to stay inside. You can rent thick cushions and pillows and lie on the green lawn to enjoy the blue sky. Or fight the cunning squirrels. Afternoon tea in the garden restaurant is very pleasant.
An Indian friend introduced a scenic spot which was built in the 1920s. Kaiser Shumsher Rana, the army marshal who actually controlled Nepal, visited several properties of King Edward VII and came back to build a European-style garden. The dream garden is not big. It is next to the Tamil district. It is a quiet corner of noisy Kathmandu. There is a Kaiser Cafe in it. To accommodate the noisy travelers in Kathmandu, this is a good place to steal half a day's leisure.
