We absolutely fell in love with this city during our last visit because it has so much to offer! We hope our tips will make your journey more fun: 🗺️ Places to visit / Things to do: 1.Big Ben ❤️ We took this photo early in the morning because there‘s a long waiting line for the telephone box during the day ☎️ 2.Tower Bridge ✨ 3.Notting Hill 🩷 4.Peggy Porschen 🧁 5.London Eye 🎡 6.National History Museum 🦖 7.St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel 🏨 The staircase is absolutely stunning. We also had brunch there and it was really good 🤤 8.Tunnel with the view of Big Ben ⏰ 9.From the European mainland you can even drive to the UK with your own car by train 🚂 10.Later today another post with all the places that have beautiful Christmas decor in London will be up 🆙 next our family account @thetraveltellers 🎄 Other things to do: -Eat at Chinatown 🇨🇳 -Go to a pub (to most pubs you can even bring your dog) 🍻 -Visit a musical (we saw Wicked and it was SO GOOD) 🧙‍♀️ -Go shopping in one of the giant department stores 🛍️ -Hyde Park 🌳 -Afternoon tea (you can also do it in a bus) -Boat Tour -Westminster Abbey 🚗 How to get around By tube and bus 🚇 It is super convenient, easy and dogs are allowed 🤗 ⏰ Best time to visit All year round! 🏨 Where to stay The Hotel Three Quays has the most amazing view but the area around the London Eye is also super convenient to stay at because you can just walk to many sights 🤗 🐶 Is London dog friendly? It depends. Overall it is dog friendly but many restaurants and department stores only allow handbag sized dogs which was a bit annoying. The Big Ben is undoubtedly the most famous clock tower in the world. It is 96 meters tall and is actually called Elizabeth tower to honor Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee. Big Ben reopens this year (2023) and is now accommodating visitors from all over the world. It is free however you need a reservation to go inside. We didn't go inside as we had a tight schedule so we just admired its facade outside. London, the capital of England and the United Kingdom, is a 21st-century city with history stretching back to Roman times. Westminster Bridge is one of the two most iconic London bridges in my opinion. The views across to Big Ben and parliament are stunning as you head north across the bridge. There are also fabulous views of London both sides of the bridge and a lovely view of the London Eye too as you cross the bridge to the south-side. Big Ben is a must visit attractions when in London! Location: Westminster through Westminster tube station. Best spot to take pic of the Big Ben is go through the bridge and walk down the stairs towards London eye and make a ututn immediately and go into a small tunnel. You will see an arch overlooking the Big Ben. That is the best spot for the most instagrammable pic of Big Ben! #bigben #Londontravel #Travelguide #westminster

So I had to do all the Touristy stuff right? 🙈 - Big Ben - London Eye - Tower of London - Tower Bridge - Westminster Abbey - The Shard Alongside plenty of scone stalking, Big Bus hopping, eating way more than I should, and walking so much my legs aren’t feeling like mine right now. 😆 The weather while nice can be rather schitzo, so layering is your best option. The sun doesn’t glare very much here so I think I am quite suited for London weather 🥶 Pity I only had so long to explore this incredible city - thank you London for great memories ❤️
