Roast beef rice, half-cooked roast beef, layered around the rice soaked in sauce, with a heart egg on top. When the heart egg is punctured, the golden egg liquid immediately flows down the bright red and tender beef, which is really tempting. The steak cover is also amazing, and the large thick steak is spread on the hot rice, sprinkled with black pepper to taste, and the aroma is overflowing. The steak was chewy, and the juice was satisfying.
