It may have started as a humble cafe and takeout joint but has since evolved into a wine bar with a seven course sharing menu. Make sure to try their sourdough. Protip: They still do takeout.
Very good meal. The tasting menu is veg-heavy so plan accordingly. Loved the poached egg in mushroom consomme.
Tasting menu is way better than reviews say
Just do the tasting menu and enjoy the ride. Though I do wish I could've gotten some of those potatoes they were making for the daily special. The beef tartare is incredible.
Clean flavors, Denmark meets Japan. Try the natural wine but first try to forget about your normal wine experience.
“You can while away an afternoon, drinking natural and biodynamic wines paired with edible haiku like spring onions with pistachio cream and elderflower.” - Bill Addison, restaurant editor at Eater
Sit at the bar, do the tasting menu and wine pairing. Some of the best prepared and cooked vegetables! The bartenders are very knowledgable and provide great insight into the wine you're drinking.
Not impressed. Nothing stood out as very tasteful from the 7 course menu. Average experience and quite sad to pay 25kr for sparkling tap water and 5kr for milk to the coffee. We've had way better.
i think this place is def. overrated! i went there on my own and this fact maybe was the problem. i was more or less ignored, had to ask for further drinks, when my glass was empty 4 longer time etc.
This place tries too hard to be hip. We ordered the chef's menu and were disappointed with the food. Food pairings that clashed weirdly and a burnt taste to more dishes than one.
