To Kuranda, the cable car under the small train can be said to be the most perfect way to experience. There are 14 o'clock and 15:30 trains for the small train leaving Kuranda. Because the town itself is playable, the 14 o'clock train is good. It takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes to travel from Kuran to Keynes Central Station. During this period, it stops at Byron Falls Station for sightseeing and photography. The nearest Qingshui Station is mainly used for passengers to get off and take buses. At 1:30, you can get on the train at Kuranda Station. It's almost full and seated in the right number. Although the train is old, the wooden peripherals are like newly painted ones. The interior of the car seat is neat and clean, and the toilet is basically equipped. The front of the car is an internal combustion engine, with a beautiful blue background and beautiful paintings. After the ride, the ride was very smooth, 15 minutes to Byron Falls Station, but because of the small amount of water, there was nothing to see. Then began a long downhill journey, shuttling through the mountains, drilling through tunnels. The scenery is actually quite similar, but when the train turns left, looking through the window at the long tail of the car attracts everyone to pull out their mobile phone cameras (all of them are sitting on the left side of the direction of the train). The most dangerous thing is an overhead suspended railway bridge. The train can only pass at a very low speed per hour and turn left slowly on the bridge. Below is Wanzhanggou. About an hour and 40 minutes later, the train went down into the city of Keynes, passed many level crossings, and eventually entered the Keynes Central Platform in the rain. The station was small, beside the two platforms on the two rails, there was a big shopping mall, which was very convenient.
The whole train journey takes 1 hour and 45 minutes. There are only two trains (2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.) from Kuranda. The train will pass through the Valley of Baron, winding 37 kilometers. There are 16 stations along the way. Along the way, the train broadcasts the background information of each station for you. At Baron Falls Station, the train will stay for 10 minutes. You can get off and enjoy the Baron Falls landscape with an elevation of 329 meters and a drop of 265 meters. On the way back, there is a stop called Freshwater Station. There are a lot of tourists getting off. If you live in downtown Keynes, don't follow it. It's far from downtown. You have to go under Cairns Station at the terminal Keynes Station.
I mentioned earlier that there are several ways to get to the Kuranda Rainforest. Among them, I went up Panshan Road by car and once by train. From the train station behind Keynes shopping mall to buy tickets, choose the train to return to the cable car, as if more than eight o'clock in the morning, the train upstream passengers are not many, we have only two carriages, endless scenery, to Byron Falls Station also stopped, let's take pictures, watching the nameless Lavender grass swaying in the wind outside, coupled with the vast plains, rolling mountains, very leisure. I think it's better to go by train than by car.
Just cheaper! Beautiful scenery, suitable for children and family travel!
To the Kuranda Rainforest, the trains here must be taken. The orange retro wooden train shuttles through the vast forest. He travels through canyons, marshes and forests for about four hours. It allows you to fully appreciate the natural beauty of the Kuranda Tropical Rainforest. You can never miss it.
To Kuranda, we must make this historic little train. The train is not moving fast. Most of the passengers go to Kuranda; stop at about four or five stops along the way, and stop at places where there are scenic spots for a while; the most favorite is the platform of Kuranda, which is totally a garden, elegant and dignified. It is really a different place.
