My travel partner enjoyed this meal thoroughly. We waited around 45 minutes as we arrived at 5.15pm for dinner. However I've waited for a longer time during the summer, good but not worth the wait.
Eel livers are a tasty treat for offal lovers
Very fantastic unagi but it was a bit expensive for me!Go there before opening or when it just open to guarantee seats there:)! Expect the wait to be at least 45 mins
Unajyu - unagi on rice - is pretty good but maybe not worth 1 hour queue
Yanagawa - loach with burdock in egg - recommended
The best unagi-don I have ever had. Go early - the wait is VERY long (we waited > 2 hours) and they close for the afternoon by 1:00 (sold out?) if it's very crowded. The wait is definitely worth it!
The best unagi (eel) I've ever had and one of our favorite meals from our trip. Menu B is a good size and delicious.
I would honestly reco this place for dinner, open at 5pm closed at 8.30pm. We waited 1 1/2 hour for our turn and the food and service never disappoint me. This is set A, unagi at it best
This is one of the must to try out too, is scramble egg with fish soup. Very appetising and aromatic especially on a cooling evening.
The service is outrageously rude! But the unagi donburi is good...
