I have been here twice. Because the owner Jesse is an interesting guy. He is from Guam so can speak fluent English. A charming and talkative person. He has been living in Japan and has many experiences in the bar / restaurant industry telling good stories. He has a good taste for Japanese whisky. You won't find exotic and rare barrels here, but there is enough malt whisky to satisfy most curiosity. Drinks are about 1,000 yen each (Japanese whisky is available). It is not clear what the price of beer and cocktails is.
We had a little wine before dinner here and had a pleasant chat with the owner of the restaurant. The drinks were well tuned and the selection of beer and whiskey was excellent. Very Japanese feel, the bar is located on the 7th floor in a small room.
Loved this bar! On the 7th floor so don't be shy to get up the elevator and come here. The owner Jesse was very knowledgeable about whisky and also provided a great selection of whisky. He speaks English and Japanese so you can speak to him in any language. I highly recommend this bar to you.
