Although this restaurant was small and tucked behind a narrow alley, do not be fooled by its look, because you will miss the chance to taste the best vegetarian ramen. This tiny ramen shop is famous for its soya ramen, and my god I don&#39;t even know how to describe the deliciousness of it. The broth was smooth, silky, packed with an intense, rich soya aroma in it. The noodles were al dente, and the condiments (spring onions, red pepper, etc) brings a refreshing taste to it. Best ramen ever!

Drinking hot tea and eating black bean snacks, the body and mind are comfortable, the seat is spacious, facing the courtyard, and I look at it with my chin. Chestnut しるこ is a delicate chestnut, but only the most advanced kyoto danbo chestnut and sugar. After the chestnut is steamed, it is repeatedly ground into fine powder and then boiled. Great Vegan Ramen!!! I really enjoyed the ramen here, after reading such rave reviews, I decided to try it and was glad that I did. The soy based broth tasted like butter, it was rich without being overwhelming like usual pork based broth ramens do. The place is a bit out of the way, but it wasn&#39;t hard to find with google maps. We took a bus there (forgot which number) and the bus stop was only a 3 minute walk to the restaurant. The restaurant was so cute I can&#39;t bear it! The staff was friendly, overall a great experience, would recommend!!!

The ramen was very good and the setting is nice too. Very nice host as well. I&#39;m looking forward to going back.

we went the first time as an online search said they would be open but it was closed. came back again the next day (we were around the area) and glad we did! we ordered the original one with thin noodles set &amp; mushroom one w thick noodles. the mushroom one is sooo good. the original one is great too &amp; it comes with a tofu don, which was interesting but I would give it a miss the next time. we both liked the thick noodles better too! a bit out of the way which is the only negative but you can walk around the residential area to look at cute little houses :)
