#Park time, make a day of it. The Zhongahan Park, situated in Qingdao, is beautiful throughout the year, yes, even during the winter months. On this fairly cold winters day, we visited the park and the surrounding attractions. The views from the park, are magnificent, especially when the sunlight compliments the moment. There is ample seating space around the park, ranging from wooden park benches, to concrete table and chair sets. Facilities are well kept, and restrooms are redely available, throughout the park. This is a peaceful and tranquil environment, the ideal place to go to, if you want to enjoy some peace and quite. Asside from the geese and other bird life, there is no noice at all. Although it was winter, the tree leaves still looked just as colourful as during Autumn.

Separated by a road from the Qingdao Tiantai Stadium is Qingdao's comprehensive park—Zhongshan Park. The park is surrounded by mountains on three sides and faces the sea to the south. The park is lush with trees and foliage, making it the most characteristic vegetation landscape in the Qingdao urban area. To the east of the park lies Taiping Mountain, which connects to the Qingdao Botanical Garden; to the north, it is adjacent to the Qingdao Zoo and Qingdao Jue Lin Park, and to the west, it is close to the Baihua Garden. Nearly a hundred varieties of trees in the garden merge with the seasonal flowers of the park, creating a vast sea of trees. tips: The tulips and magnolias (pink, white, and yellow) are almost all in bloom now, the cherry blossoms have not yet bloomed, and there are peonies and osmanthus in the park (neither of which have reached their blooming season).
