这家泰国餐馆在美国的泰餐里也数得上名次，Lotus of Siam-说是泰国北部地区的菜，味道非常不错。图1-春卷/图2-蒜汁儿大虾/图3-KHAO SOI 就是泰国咖喱鸭胸面/图4-混合青菜，其它是什么我就忘了，每一道菜都非常不错。我没去过泰国，不过这一家泰国餐馆是全美数一数二的，那个虾是他们的招牌菜，连虾皮都可以吃掉，酥脆可口。餐馆不在拉斯维加斯大道上，不过离大道不远，可以自己走过去。

Lotus of Siam，Las Vegas，在弗拉明戈大道（620 E Flamingo Rd.  Las Vegas, Nevada 89104）上。 一家不小的餐馆，拥有独立的一栋建筑。屋外看上去一般，内有乾坤。门一推进，即显得高雅，虽非富丽堂皇，但布置精致，格调典雅。灯光设计明暗合适。菜点以泰国菜为主，口味自然偏东南亚风味，酸酸甜甜。甜点中有一糯米芒果(Mango sticky rice)，比较符合女士口味，而我喜欢泰茶（Tai Ice Tea）。该店忙时需预订，否则可能要等待半小时。
