It was my lucky day to chance upon this local market. I also happened to be wearing slippers because the ground was muddy after the rain. There were many food stalls and you can buy food easily with a few English words. The food sellers do not speak much English as they cater to mostly locals. I managed to buy a few items and brought them back to my hotel room. After I spoke with the hotel staff, they said this market catered to the locals and it was my luck to have found them. The food here are so much cheaper. This market is along on Kamala beach. You can ask around for directions. #myperfectstaycation #thailand

Kamala beach is one of the quieter beach in Phuket. Nice sandy beach with lots of sunbeds for you to rent to enjoy on. With water sports services available too. There is also a massage area where you can pay for a Thai massage on the beach. There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops around the beach, within walking distance. There are also tuktuk services along the road, so getting back to your hotel wouldn't be a problem. very long beach and you can enjoy whole day I spent several sunsets here and it was very beautiful experience I did not rent any chairs you can just sit on the sand but 200 bahr for a chair a great deal. only thing here is lots of people w bit crowded even at night. lots of variety of food recommended Dengs at the end of the beach and other places look cozy as well could spend whole vacation there.

an amazing restaurant next to the seaside great food and chicken inside the soup and all dishes are really nice service is welcoming and warm if order pineapple fried rice will get a person coming out from kitchen dancing chicken dance accompanying chicken funny music beats so nice and funny experience i spent 540 bahr per one person but I got big portions and a drink recommended
