Highlights - This Starbucks shop is at very nice location. After good walk with your dog around Ersha Island, you can come here for short break. Beside all different coffees and food they have cream for dogs. You can just ask staff and they will give it to you. Avg. Price per Person - Price of the coffee and food is same like in every Starbucks, around 30RMB per person. Cream for dogs is for free and they don't push you to buy anything, you can just ask them to give you dog cream. Rating - We give them very high rating. Ersha Island Ersha Island is small island located in Guangzhou, along the Pearl River. It is roughly 3 km long and hosts an abundance of beautiful gardens and leafy green spaces, making it the perfect place for a picnic. 🌳🌿🌸 Because of it's close proximity to downtown, it is very easy to order lunch or a snack straight to the park or you can quickly duck into Corner Deli to pick up your favourite picnic snacks. And yes, there are 2 Starbucks ☕ on the island. 😂🧺🥪🍎 Feeling active? Ersha has a running and walking track which loops around the island (approx 5km). Er Sha Island or 二沙岛. This island is located in the heart of Guangzhou city, very close to the Canton Tower. The island is connected by subway. The island offers opportunity to feel yourself in quite place with evergreen trees, like if you run several hundreds km away from the noisy city. A Midsummer Night's picnic was held in November in Ersha Park in Guanzhou, China. It was magical. The weather is cooler in November and not as humid, so it makes the evening more enjoyable. If you can attend it is a time to remember. Great festival event. #happynewyear #happynewyear

A few days ago, I came across this delightful durian dessert. Seizing the opportunity of a free weekend, I decided to indulge in it. This Thai 🇹🇭 restaurant 🍴 has been consecutively recommended by Michelin for three years. The establishment offers booths, private rooms, and tatami seating. Sitting by the window in the evening 🌆, enjoying the view of Ersha Island, is a truly relaxing experience. It's an ideal place for dates and celebratory gatherings 🍾️. ✅ Tom Yum Shrimp Soup The serving size is generous. It features select, high-quality large 🦐. The soup base, made from natural spices and simmered in coconut milk, is rich and flavorful. Its sweet and sour taste is perfect for summer. ✅ Yellow Curry Angus Beef The beef is well-cooked 🉐️, tender, and flavorful. The rich yellow curry pairs well with 🍚. ✅ Durian Baby This is a dessert. It's a cute, miniature version of a durian. When cut open, it reveals a fragrant durian cream cake 🍰. The sweetness is just right.

Ever since, my pet-raising philosophy has been that fur babies must regularly get in touch with nature🍃. Most fur babies🦮 living in the city actually lose their perception of the wild and their social skills with their peers (not completely, but my dog still prefers to stick with us even after being walked three times a day). Cities offer very few places for them to run freely and interact. After much exploration, I have found the following four pet-friendly parks in Guangzhou where camping is also possible~ (The above pictures were only taken at the first two locations) ——— 1⃣️ Liang Mingcheng Sculpture Park (Panyu District) Pros: The space is very large (far from the road), there are many dogs, the environment is relatively good, there are many trees for shade, and it's close to the lake🏞️. Cons: The weekend crowd is larger, parking is more difficult, and the restroom is far away. 2⃣️ Linjiang Strip Park (Tianhe District) Pros: Moderate flow of people, convenient parking, more small dogs, and complete surrounding public facilities. Cons: The density of trees is not enough to provide shade (not suitable for families without canopies), close to roads and bike lanes🚴, and there are more children around, so dogs with less obedience need to be careful⚠️. 3⃣️ Chuanqi Park (Ersha Island, Yuexiu District) Pros: Large space and complete surrounding facilities, many dogs, overall comfortable location and environment. Cons: Ersha Island has a very large weekend crowd, and some areas do not allow pets, so be aware👀. 4⃣️ Luhu Park (Yuexiu District, near Baiyun) Pros: The park⛲️ is very large, the environment is pleasant, very suitable for large dogs to run. Cons: The location is a bit far for friends from other districts🚗, and the whole park is quite large, not very suitable for small dogs. ——— Above are the places I personally recommend, which are comfortable and suitable for taking dogs🐶 camping.
