For me personally, this is the warmest and lovely Japanese food store in London. In fact, I haven't been there for many years, and I have been delayed for various reasons every time I want to go. However, I finally entered the store to eat after the epidemic, and it was still warm as before, which made me sigh the passage of time. All the chefs, managers and waiters here are Japanese, speaking difficult English, I had to pretend that I was traveling to Japan. I ordered sashimi platter, Kobe and cattle, fried black salmon, salmon rice, and everything I could say was stable. We sat in the counter and saw chefs cooking every dish, fried tempura, plates, sushi. Unlike the recent popular Sumi, the dishes are more traditional and simple, and there are not so many trendy dishes. Because I had eaten a fusion Japanese food before, the dessert stepped on the thunder of matcha tiramisu, and we also ordered it this time. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. It was so delicious, the strong matcha fragrance, the delicate cake, and the sweet red beans on the ground floor. Another sesame cheese cake is also super delicious.
