Very good service and tasty food. Their Miso soup was amazing. We had a lovely bottle of chablis and outstanding sashimi. Service was attentive but not pushy and we had a lovely evening. Booking is essential.

City Miyama Restaurant

Dined here in October. Lovely experience. We had the 6 course tasting menu. The tartare of cornish mackerel was absolutely delicious. The chocolate dessert was a bit too rich. Service really good. Looking forward to dining here again at some point.

I cannot give any higher praise to the staff and food that we had, the service was perfect and I&#39;m sure done with a smile behind the face mask! The steak was so tender you could cut it with a spoon, triple cooked chips and mac and cheese were both amazing. Managed to force a pudding down which was well worth the food coma later, thank you to the staff and kitchen for a fantastic meal and a perfect evening.

My husband and I lived in Italy, and this was absolutely the real deal. The pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked, the sauce rich and flavorful. My husband said the tuna was delicious, and a salad - where did they get tomatoes that tasted like summer in December, in London? The tiramisu was a creamy cloud laced with chocolate flakes atop delicate sponge cake. The service was warm and attentive, and we were amazed that the prices were so reasonable for a meal we will always remember. Bravo, Taberna Etrusca! We&#39;ll be back!

Near London University, there is a very well-known Chinese restaurant, the main one is Cantonese cuisine, their Cantonese snacks really make me feel amazing!

English restaurant in the city center, the steak tastes great, the service is good

When I went in I made clear that I wanted the table for one. The member of staff &#39;buzzed&#39; downstairs saying it was for one and took me to a table in the basement room. I was given the menus and drinks list and then that was that ... No one spoke to me for at least 15 minutes !!!! Then people came to the next table and were being served for drinks etc .....!!!!! I complained. Service was poor, not one member of staff offered any advice or assistance or gave daily suggestions. I had th Miyama Bento box and a miso soup. It was OK but definitely not special. They didn&#39;t charge me for a drink, I think as I had had such poor service. Alas I left my iPad there ... Gratefully they had put it aside and I collected it later.
