Music, shisha, tea , open area , near to harrods. Must visit. The best authentic double apple shisha in london Red tea is remarkable for teaholics.
Dropped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Had a plate of mixed cold starters - tzaitziki, hummus and so on served with warm, fresh bread. Very tasty. Also tried some of the warm starters which were also very nice. Complimentary sweets with the coffee. I found the price quite OK. I would have enjoyed a glass of wine - but as the restaurant does not serve alcohol we opted for mineral water.
I walked by this place while I was staying at the Hyatt on Portman Square and decided to have a try. I had the concierge make me a reservation, but it didnt seem like there was any record of one or a need for one. Unfortunately we were seated downstairs, I was hoping we could sit upstairs in the window. The food is a mix of indian, M/E and some actual Iraqi dishes. All well prepared. One of the more interesting things was how much almost untouched food many of the patrons had left on the tables. Well, at least we got to see what the dishes looked like before ordering!
