It is a large building with 22 rooms and two large ground floor shops on Main Street. For boarders, it has 14 bedrooms and one bathroom on the higher floors. Senora Sepulveda Private residential area on the first floor is separated from the store by aisle. In 1901, she gave the building to her ex-anddaughter and granddaughter Eloise Martinez de Gibbs, who married City Councilman Edward Gibbs. After Senora Sepulveda (Senora Sepulveda) died in 1903, the Gibbs family moved in two years later. However, they continued to own the building until it was taken over by California in 1953. In the 1940s, the USO canteen was located in Sepulveda House, serving thousands of soldiers passing through Union Station. The rebuilt kitchen and her bedroom could be seen.
