The Vista is one ob my favorite movie theaters in LA because of its location, its history, and its price. It's still decorated like an elegant old movie palace, and the legroom in the seats can't be beat. It only shows one movie at a time, which is probably why the prices remain low ($6.50 for a matinee, $9.50 for a regular show). If you want to see something in 3D or IMAX, this isn't the theatre for you, but it's great for catching a show with friends and feeling like you're experiencing a little bit of history.
If you're thinking of catching a movie, matinee showings I think are only $6.50 at this vintage and beautifully constructed theater. This is how every movie theater should be!!
