La mère Brazier, a two-star Michelin-star Lyon restaurant located in the heart of Lyon, a small street close to the Rhone, the name of the street has been changed for the restaurant. The legendary restaurant, which was awarded Michelin Samsung in 1933, is the first Samsung in French history. Even the chef Paul Bocuse has been an apprentice here and has to shout a teacher when he sees Brazier. The authentic traditional French meal has a history of nearly a hundred years. So, the weight is enough and the taste is heavy. Foie gras, snails, foie gras, scallop cheese juice, a few mouthfuls of it put me to the sky. After the pre-dinner, there are only "greasy" and "full" in my head. The main dish dessert is only two mouthfuls.
