Hongla Mountain Nature Reserve is a Tibet Autonomous Region-level nature reserve. It is 60 kilometers away from Mangkang County, with an altitude of 2300-4400 meters. It is home to more than 200 golden monkeys, a rare primate that is on the verge of extinction in the world. The ecological scene is spectacular, with natural scenery such as snow-capped mountains, forests, canyons, mountains and deep valleys. Hongla Mountain Nature Reserve is now known as Mangkang Dian Golden Monkey Nature Reserve.
