About Nanling: Nanling County (南陵县) is located in the southeast of Anhui Province, and is one of the counties belonging to Wuhu City. The county boasts outstanding scenery, including that of the Xishan Scenic Area, which combines vast peony gardens with caves, rare stones and waterfalls. There are also the mysterious Wuxia Temple and Kuitan Lake Scenic Areas to enjoy. The region is home to the Yashan Huahai Stone Forest Scenic Area, which has more than 60 strange peaks in a variety of shapes formed as a result of mountain movements and natural weathering. Many interesting stone formations make up the unique landscape here.
